£42,000 – £48,000 + Unlimited Overtime (OTE £55,000+) + Progression + Training + 4 on 4 off shift with 7:00am – 7:00pm hours. Stafford.

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician or similar with an 18th Edition qualification to join a well-established food company. The role offers unlimited overtime, excellent earning potential, and clear opportunities to progress into senior engineering positions.

The Role

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults on production machinery
• Support mechanical maintenance activities when required
• Maintain production and packaging equipment to minimise downtime
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food manufacturing standards
• Work 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 7:00am – 7:00pm

The Person

• Electrical Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer or similar background
• 18th Edition qualified
• Experience within food/FMCG, manufacturing, production, or similar environments
• Commutable to Stafford
