- You’ll be responsible for managing and coaching a team of a maximum of 9 Account Executives across the region
- This is not a pure management role. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, help close strategic deals, improve processes, and raise the bar across the entire sales organisation
- You’ll work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and leadership to help Aikido continue its rapid growth across Europe and beyond
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Mid Market Account Executives in EMEA
- Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across the region
- Improve outbound, inbound, and sales execution processes
- Support reps on strategic and complex deals
- Build a high-performance and high-accountability sales culture
- Collaborate closely with marketing and growth on GTM initiatives
- Hire, onboard, and develop top commercial talent
- Forecast accurately and manage sales performance metrics
