Site Manager – Refurbishment, New Build & Maintenance
£45,000 – £50,000 + Package
West London / M4 Corridor
We are working with a well-established construction contractor based in West London who is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.
The business delivers a diverse range of projects including refurbishment, small new build and maintenance works, with project values ranging from £200k to £4m. Projects are located predominantly along the M4 Corridor, requiring flexibility to travel from West London through to South Wales when required.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Site Manager who enjoys variety and wants to work on a broad mix of construction projects rather than being tied to a single sector.
The Role
- Managing projects from site set‑up through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Maintaining high standards of quality throughout the build process
- Liaising with clients, consultants and senior management
- Managing site documentation and reporting requirements

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
- Experience delivering refurbishment projects is essential
- Exposure to new build and maintenance works would be advantageous
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across the M4 Corridor, including West London, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Bristol and South Wales

- £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary
