E&I OT Cyber Project Co-ordinator (18-Month FTC)

South, Southeast England or Scotland

£44.4K – £55.5K per annum (dependent on skills and qualifications)

Full Time | Hybrid

Contract type: 18-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring procedural readiness to deliver OT Cyber projects
  • Ensuring correct paperwork and sign-offs prior to site work
  • Creating, tracking, reporting and coordinating PS6 MoC process
  • Coordinating with E&I and major project teams, and third parties to confirm responsibilities under PS/6 and NRO to maximise efficiency
  • Contributing to building and adherence to project schedule
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Researching and reviewing information for stakeholders
  • Optimising MoC surrounding project implementations
  • Maintaining deployment programme momentum and effective use of personnel
  • Providing support/responses to project queries to stakeholders
  • Using various computer systems and software packages
  • Occasional travel to sites across SGN operational geography
  • Occasional travel to sites across Scotland and to SGN’s southern major offices

What You Will Need

  • Managing change within an industrial or process environment
  • Coordinating technical documentation, drafting updates and asset management activities
  • Project management or project coordination in an industrial setting
  • Delivering product or system rollouts across multiple sites or locations
  • Desirable: experience in utilities or energy sector

You’ll Also Bring

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • The ability to influence and build relationships to deliver outcomes, even where you don’t have direct authority
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of cyber security principles
  • Knowledge of permit‑to‑work processes (desirable)
  • Eligibility to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance
  • A full UK driving licence
