Working Site Foreman c£45,000
Fulltime | Permanent | UK wide travel required
If you take real pride in your work, enjoy leading from the front, and want to feel genuinely valued by the people you work for, this role will feel like home.
We’re recruiting on behalf of a small, family owned construction business with a reputation for graft, loyalty, and looking after their team. They are the kind of company where everyone knows each other, everyone pulls their weight, and there is always room for a bit of banter alongside the hard work. No egos, no politics, just a solid group of people who have each other’s backs and who are passionate about what they do and what they deliver. Projects range from £000s to their largest currently being £8million.
Because they are small, they invest heavily in the people they bring in. You won’t be a number. You’ll be trusted, supported, and given the chance to learn more, take ownership, and genuinely be part of the business as it grows.
Ideally, you’ll be based around the Reading, Swindon / Chippenham areas, but strong candidates from further afield will absolutely be considered, especially those who are comfortable working away from home when projects require it.
