Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Transformation Team, providing high‑quality project and administrative support across a wide range of transformation, productivity and Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) initiatives. The position is based at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on tracking, monitoring and reporting transformation and CIP projects.
- Maintain robust documentation and project trackers.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, training sessions and rapid improvement events; take minutes and actions.
- Support governance processes and produce highlight reports, programme updates and governance papers.
- Support risk and issue tracking and monitor progress against milestones.
- Work closely with clinical and non‑clinical teams to support effective delivery of change.
- Work flexibly across multiple workstreams, contributing to service redesign, operational and workforce transformation, and wider improvement activity.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Confidence in working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Previous experience of working in the NHS and supporting projects or programmes is essential.
- Interest in transformation, improvement or productivity work is an advantage.
