The Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a Lead Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator for their Thurnby Fields residence in Leicester, opening in September 2026. This role focuses on planning and delivering activities that promote independence and social interaction for residents.

The successful candidate will manage volunteer programmes, coordinate events, and build community partnerships. Applicants must hold a full, clean driving licence and have experience in similar roles.
