Not Your Typical Manager Role
UBX Wembley is growing, and we need someone who wants to own that growth, not just manage it.
About the Role
• Run day-to-day studio operations across sales, coaching, and member experience
• Own the studio’s numbers: rollover, churn, conversion, and daily sales
• Lead the team through weekly team meetings and a clear reporting rhythm
• Build and protect the community feel that makes UBX different
• Report directly to the studio owner and business development manager with full visibility on performance
• Depending on experience : Coach and develop UBX members
What We’re Looking For
• No ego. You’re humble enough to know you’re still learning, no matter your experience
• A team player who gets stuck in, not someone who delegates and disappears
• Extremely energetic; you bring it every day, not just on the good days
• You genuinely enjoy human connection and building community around you
• You understand you’re part of something bigger than one studio
Our Culture
We move quickly, we take ownership, and we finish what we start. We build communities, not gyms, and we care about the people in front of us, every single one of them.
How to Apply
Send your CV along with a short cover letter answering: “Tell us about a time you led a team through a tough period, and what you did about it.” Applications without the cover letter will not be considered.
