Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our fantastic sales team at Carwow Group. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both sellers and buyers through negotiations on our online auction platform, ensuring vehicles are accurately positioned and matched with suitable dealers to secure the best price for our sellers and provide a convenient stock sourcing platform for our dealer partners. The role is critical to driving sales conversions and meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a daily lead pipeline of listed vehicles, working to convert sales & achieve daily, weekly & monthly revenue targets
- Brokering negotiations between sellers & buyers, managing pricing expectations to achieve agreement between both parties
- Manage and overcome sales objections, adhering to our sales frameworks
- Uphold expected quality standards through all interactions & processes, ensuring a positive experience for sellers & dealers to secure future repeat business
- Achieve daily KPI expectations in terms of call volumes, email & text contact cadences
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, updating all lead status & notes, ensuring clear history of activity & smooth handover to post‑sales fulfilment teams
- Utilise and build industry knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance, ensuring customers receive the best price for their vehicles
- Engage in active communication with sellers and buyers through telephone, email, online support systems etc.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional team members in pre‑qualification & post‑sales teams, providing insights and feedback on specific customer situations & needs
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous experience & record of achievement in a target driven role, with goals including revenue or volume of sales made
- Experience managing high volume lead pipelines independently, ensuring consistent sales process & performance
- Comfortable engaging with both consumers & business contacts via phone, text & email
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- Self‑motivated and target‑oriented mindset, with a strong desire to achieve individual and team objectives
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with both buyers and sellers
- Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and passion for staying up‑to‑date with latest trends and developments
- Proven ability to negotiate, bringing two parties together in a mutual agreement
- Flexibility to work weekends, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working available, with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week in the office
