Responsibilities
- Drive high‑priority company initiatives. Work on a broad range of strategic and operational projects, take ownership of complex initiatives, coordinate across functions, and ensure excellent execution.
- Support financial planning and business performance. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, and analyses that help us understand performance and make better decisions.
- Increase organizational effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across teams and processes, and help design systems, workflows, and operating mechanisms that enable scale.
- Leverage AI and automation. Use AI, automation, and better processes to reduce unnecessary manual work, improve decision quality, and increase the company’s operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
