Department: Product Design & Development
Salary: £26,000 – 35,500 (depending on experience)
Hybrid Working: 4 days onsite
Main Purpose
To enable the smooth launch of products and customer satisfaction through efficient administrative processes that ensure compliance in all elements of procurement, manufacturing and production through to the finished, read for sale products.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the certification of products.
- Responsible for compliance for products
- Day to day compliance activities for product installation and testing.
- Preparing and issuance of Declaration Of Conformity compliance documentation
- Carry out online and paper-based research into products and components.
- Provide assistance, training and technical support to other business functions of the company regarding technical aspects of products, test reports, requirements and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and work with external auditors as required, e.g. LIA.
- Conducting root cause fault analysis and reporting, working with suppliers to improve.
- Working closely with supplier product assembly for quality control and testing.
