Head of Fire Safety & Compliance – Housing

Panoramic Associates is seeking a Fire Safety professional in Devon and Torbay to oversee fire safety compliance and governance. This role involves leading the fire safety strategy, advising senior management, and ensuring regulatory compliance across a large residential property portfolio.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in fire safety within social housing and knowledge of key legislation, including the Fire Safety Act 2021 and Building Safety Act 2022. This position supports hybrid working arrangements and offers a salary of £60,000 plus excellent benefits.
