Shift Leader pay starts from £14.76 an hour; increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too.
The table shows the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you will have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility; if your available times closely match but do not exactly match the advertised times, we would still love to hear from you. Read more about our policy.

Others are going through life-changing moments like becoming a carer, nearing retirement, adapting to parenthood, or something else. So, talk to us throughout your application about how we can support.
