Base Salary & Contract

Base salary: £25,000 per annum with a guaranteed £30,000 in the first year and £55,000 OTE.Contract: Permanent – Full Time. Must have a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Talk with and listen to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
• Build trust, communicate effectively and surpass customer expectations while providing a service‑based experience.
• Ensure customer buying experience is industry‑leading and in line with company standards.
• Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, adapt to their buying strategy, encourage test drives.
• Use in‑depth product knowledge to guide the customer towards the best choice.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other teams across the Centre to provide continuous improvement and seamless service, including aftersales and new business opportunities.
• Ensure opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the appropriate specialist (e.g. Fleet Sales).

• Strong interest in automotive, ability to learn new products quickly.
