What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with schools across London about staffing needs
- Sourcing and interviewing education professionals
- Building long‑term relationships with schools and candidates
- Managing your own recruitment desk
- Working towards targets with uncapped commission
- Learning how to build and grow a successful business within education recruitment
Training – Impact Academy
- Recruitment and headhunting techniques
- Sales and negotiation training
