We are recruiting for a FP&A Business Analyst to join a leading insurer, based in London with a flexible hybrid working arrangement. This vital role involves delivering high-quality financial analysis, supporting forecasting, budgeting and performance insights within the UK Finance division. This will be a 12 month FTC.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives that influence decision-making and strategic planning. You will also play a key part in cost and efficiency projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives, contributing to the ongoing development of the FP&A function.
Key skills and requirements include:
- Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong FP&A experience including financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Experience within general insurance industry preferred
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and deliver impactful insight
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience supporting cost transformation or change programmes
