Your Role
The Business Change Consultant plays a key role in supporting and delivering people‑centric change across workplace transformation programmes. Working closely with Experience Managers, client stakeholders, and delivery teams, this individual will lead the design and execution of change interventions that enable user adoption and ensure the successful realisation of business value with the latest workplace technologies, like Microsoft Copilot.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery, with strong experience in change planning, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and user readiness. The Senior Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating large‑scale digital change.
Key Responsibilities
Change Delivery & Advisory
- Support the development of business change strategies aligned to programme objectives.
- Assist in conducting change impact assessments and readiness activities.
- Maintain stakeholder maps and engagement plans under guidance.
User Adoption & Engagement
- Contribute to designing engagement activities to drive awareness and capability for change.
- Help define success metrics and gather feedback to inform adoption strategies.
- Work closely with training and communications teams to ensure consistency.
Client Collaboration
- Build relationships with client stakeholders and act as a point of contact for user feedback.
- Facilitate smaller workshops or drop‑in sessions with support from senior team members.
- Support coaching activities for business leads and champions.
Practice & Capability Development
- Share insights and lessons learned to enhance team knowledge.
- Participate in developing assets and tools for the Modern Workplace change offering.
Your Profile
Essential Experience
- Experience supporting business change initiatives within transformation programmes.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery environments.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Copilot) and their impact on people and processes.
- Understanding of behavioural science or human‑centred design principles.
- Knowledge of change measurement tools and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related field – optional.
- Previous consulting or advisory experience strongly preferred.
