Senior HR Partner – Regional Strategy & Change (Hybrid)

Counter Terrorism Policing is looking for a Senior HR Officer to guide the North West workforce priorities and support the HR Senior Partner in delivering a professional HR service. The successful candidate will manage the HR/Recruitment Unit, that includes advising on recruitment practices and local change programmes.

Applicants should have a Level 5 CIPD qualification, experience in HR policies, and the ability to influence senior leaders. The position is hybrid, requiring work in Manchester with occasional regional travel.
