Position: Project Manager (Leisure & Wellness)

Location: London & South East – Remote based with site visits

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (DOE)

Job Overview

Join a leading contractor in the leisure construction sector, specialising in the design, build, maintenance and refurbishment of leisure facilities for high‑profile clients including Premier League football clubs and luxury residential swimming pools.

Responsibilities

• Support project activities from conception through to completion within leisure and wellness projects
• Procure materials and labour while managing cost expectations and addressing unexpected costs
• Lead projects involving fit‑outs and refurbishments of health clubs, leisure facilities, sports centres, saunas, steam rooms, spas and associated plant room equipment
• Act as the primary client contact, meeting with clients on site regularly and providing clear progress reports to both clients and internal teams

Requirements

• Strong background in construction project management, including commercial fit‑outs, installations and refurbishment projects
• Desirable experience in leisure/hospitality projects
• Good working knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems such as pumps, filters, AHUs, booster sets, etc.
• Based within a commutable distance of Central London and hold a full UK driving licence

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary £50,000 – £55,000 (negotiable based on experience)
