Promotional Planning Lead – Shopper Excellence Manager
Role drives the commercial organization to excel in shopper fundamentals, focusing on promotional orchestration, perfect store execution, and digital shelf excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the right and relevant strategy, aligning with the Commercial & Marketing leadership team to drive category growth.
- Enable the organization with tools and analytics to identify gaps and opportunities in shopper fundamentals.
- Maintain strong collaboration between consumer marketing and sales by understanding customers’ needs, shopper behaviours, and category strategies to achieve retail execution excellence.
- Collaborate closely with sales channel leaders, Consumer Marketing Managers, Shopper activation managers, CatMan experts and Management Information & Analytics for continuous improvement on fundamentals and drive value creation through better shopper experience with retail partners.
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
- Previous experience in Shopping Marketing, RGM, Sales Shopper or similar with a customer‑first mindset.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
