HR Data Officer

Thurrock Council is offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 12 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience.

Role: HR Data Officer. 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the establishment and data changes for Human Resources for Local Government restructures, in Oracle HCM.
• Report data from Oracle to stakeholders and manage all changes in the management tree.

Qualifications

• Must have Oracle HCM functional experience or managing changes with the Organisation tree and position management.
• Must have experience of reporting from Oracle and presenting the data to strategic stakeholders.
