HR Officer – Employee Relations & Absence Analytics

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support HR functions for Clinical Service Units and Corporate Functions. The role includes providing professional advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, as well as assisting managers with complex employee relations issues.

Ideal candidates will have current operational HR experience, strong analytical skills, and a degree-level qualification or CIPD certification. The position requires excellent communication and computer skills. This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship.
