ADHD Support Navigator — 6-Week Coaching

Brighton and Hove Federation is seeking an enthusiastic ADHD Social Prescriber to join its innovative Connect Service in Hove. This role offers the opportunity to provide tailored one-to-one support for adults recently diagnosed with ADHD, focusing on developing practical strategies for daily functioning.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centred care for up to six weeks, empowering individuals to increase their independence and access local resources. The position may extend based on future funding.
