Compensation

• $45/hour target
• 6–9 month contract

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Agile sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate delivery across business, IT, operations, and vendor teams.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs.
• Track sprint health, velocity, risks, and dependencies.
• Remove delivery roadblocks and drive accountability.
• Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery aligns with governance and regulatory expectations.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 5+ years of Agile Projecrt Management experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience delivering projects within banking, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Experience communicating delivery progress to executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Smartsheet.
• Experience managing Agile projects within a banking or financial institution.
