Data Centre Operations Analyst

Due to periods of growth and expansion a leading organisation is recruiting now. My client is looking for an Data Centre Operations Analyst to join their team.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure including power systems, cooling, structured cabling, and networking fundamentals
• Hands‑on experience with hardware installation, diagnostics, and cable fault‑finding
• Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Clear communication skills with a strong customer service focus (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment while adhering to strict health & safety standards
• Willingness to work shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and on‑call rotations
• Reliable and proactive approach, able to work independently or as part of a team
• Calm under pressure with a structured approach to incident and operational management
• Strong commitment to professionalism, safety, and service quality
