Customer Service Advisor – Hybrid, Pension

Together Housing is seeking personable and customer-oriented individuals to join the Halifax team as Customer Service Advisors. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.

The successful candidates will receive a starting salary of £27,510, enjoy 27 days of holiday that increases over time, and may work in a hybrid arrangement post-training. This is an office-based position for the initial training period.
