Solutions / Integration Architect

Salary: £125,000 – 150,000 per year

Requirements

• Solution Architecture or Integration Architecture experience
• Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems and multi-platform environments
• Deep knowledge of API-led integrations, including REST, data flows, and orchestration
• Experience dealing with data consistency and master data challenges
• Ability to translate technical design into clear business outputs
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, unstructured environments

Responsibilities

• Assess and map our current system landscape and integrations
• Document data flows, APIs, and system dependencies
• Define a clear target architecture across all platforms
• Establish a source of truth for key data such as profiles, bookings, and spend
• Resolve integration challenges between PMS and SaaS applications
• Support alignment of our Alliance platform with underlying systems
• Produce clear, business-friendly solution documentation
• Provide light hands-on support, including dataflow configuration and API mapping or integration guidance
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors

We are seeking a Solutions / Integration Architect to join us in Perth, Scotland for a 3-month contract inside IR35. The focus of the role is to stabilise and define the architecture across our SaaS ecosystem, with an emphasis on design, direction, and practical problem solving rather than pure documentation. This is an opportunity to review our estate, create blueprints and schematics, and help align our platforms and integrations across the business.
