Project Quantity Surveyor – Decarbonisation Retrofit Remote

Wates Property Services is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to manage a flagship SHF decarbonisation project across the North West of England. The role involves valuation of works, cash flow management, and final accounts production.

You will collaborate with internal teams and the client while overseeing a small team of Quantity Surveyors. A minimum of 3 years in a commercial lead role and familiarity with JCT contracts are essential.
