Electrical Maintenance Engineer – £50,000 – Fenchurch Street
Location: Fenchurch Street, City of LondonHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected and well‑established building services provider. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site
- Perform electrical maintenance including lighting, wiring, testing, fire alarms, BMS, and emergency lighting systems
- Fault‑find and repair AHUs, FCUs, UPS systems, generators, and LV electrical systems
- Maintain HVAC plant, pumps, and associated building services equipment
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations
Requirements
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 18th Edition
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the building services or commercial maintenance sector
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC plant, and commercial building services
- Excellent fault‑finding abilities with a proactive and professional approach
