As a Care Worker in our care home, you will play a key role in supporting older people to live safely, comfortably and with dignity each day. Through practical support, encouragement and companionship, you’ll help residents maintain their independence, achieve their personal goals and enjoy the best possible quality of life. Whether you’re supporting someone with their morning routine, helping them take part in an activity they enjoy or simply being there to listen, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. You will hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare. New to care?
