You will be accountable for the controlled day-to-day delivery of defined change initiatives or workstreams within the Lloyd’s change portfolio. The role ensures predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes through effective coordination, risk and dependency management, and adherence to governance and control requirements**Principal Accountabilities*** Deliver assigned change initiatives or workstreams to agreed scope, time and quality, translating delivery plans into clear activities, milestones and deliverables.* Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations and third-party suppliers, ensuring dependencies are understood, managed and escalated appropriately.* Own and manage delivery level risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining forward visibility and escalating material concerns in a timely manner.* Support release, cutover and service transition activities, ensuring testing, readiness, controls and handover requirements are met.* Provide clear, accurate and timely delivery reporting, offering insight into progress, risks, dependencies and delivery confidence for governance forums.* Manage delivery budgets within assigned scope, supporting forecasting, cost control and capacity planning.* Track delivery outcomes and benefits, identifying risks to value realisation and supporting corrective action where required**Skills Knowledge and Experience*** Understanding of change delivery and project management principles within a structured delivery framework.* Working knowledge of governance, risk and control requirements in a regulated or complex environment* Awareness of financial services operations, ideally within insurance or reinsurance.* Understanding of IT delivery concepts, including applications, infrastructure, data and service transition.* Awareness of agile and waterfall delivery approaches and their appropriate application* Experience delivering change initiatives or workstreams within a complex organisational environment.* Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, including business, technology and external suppliers.* Proven ability to manage delivery level risks, issues and dependencies with clear escalation and reporting.* Experience producing delivery reporting for governance and decision-making forums.* Experience working within established governance, assurance and change control processes.* Exposure to release, cutover or service transition activitiesDiversity and inclusion are a focus for us – Lloyd’s aim is to build a diverse, inclusive environment that reflects the global markets we work in.
