Adobe Execution Manager – Salary circa £40,000-£50,000
Location – Norwich, York, Bristol
We are looking for an expert CRM system user, with experience building, quality checking and deploying marketing campaigns, to undertake the position of Adobe Execution Manager.
About the role
This new role operates within our CRM Centre of Excellence, part of Aviva’s wider Customer & Marketing team. You will report to the Adobe Execution Lead and be tasked with delivering campaigns via Adobe Campaign to support acquisition, cross‑sell, customer engagement and retention across all Aviva products. You will also maintain and optimise BAU campaigns and build new, innovative campaigns.
Work is flexible; the post‑holder must be based within commutable distance from one of our Norwich, Bristol or York offices.
Skills and experience
- Experience in a CRM‑focused marketing role, with system experience of Adobe Campaign.
- Knowledge of contributing to data briefs, developing workflows, and deploying marketing campaigns via the Adobe CRM system, providing recommendations to improve performance.
- Experience building and executing multi‑channel campaigns including paid media custom audiences, email, SMS and push notifications.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns at different stages simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills for campaign reporting and insights.
