Senior QE Manager
Starting Salary: c. £65,000 depending on skills and experience
Locations: Bristol, York, Norwich or Perth with 50% office attendance
A bit about the job
You’ll join our technology team, where quality engineering is central to delivering reliable, resilient, and customer‑focused digital services.
As a Senior QE Manager, you will lead and develop a team of quality engineers, ensuring robust testing strategies are embedded across the delivery lifecycle.
You will partner closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders to drive a quality‑first mindset and continuously improve tooling, automation and working methods.
You will be accountable for defining and delivering the QE strategy, ensuring consistent, high‑quality outcomes and supporting the successful delivery of key business initiatives.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Strong experience in quality engineering, testing or QE leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams
- Experience with modern testing approaches, including automation and CI/CD integration
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and embed quality‑first practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to improve quality outcomes
