Responsibilities
- Installing, commissioning, maintenance and repair of sensor‑based sorters in TOMRA’s Recycling install base
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through top‑class communication and support using various mediums
- Optimizing the sorting systems / process
- Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers’ businesses through the introduction of complementary TOMRA products, solutions and services
- Act as a conduit between our customer base and HQ by providing in‑market feedback so that we continuously look for opportunities to further delight our customers
Qualifications
- Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ONC/HNC or equivalent preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with good technical understanding (mechanical, electrical and software)
- Comfortable working with software, systems and diagnostics tools
- Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills
- Valid UK driving license
- Experience in recycling or industrial processing is a plus
- Ideally, located within a 60‑mile radius of London to ensure efficient regional coverage
