Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor who is an enthusiastic and driven individual to assist in leading the team at Six by Nico.

The role

You will be responsible for all operations of the bar and ensure that it delivers the very best levels of guest service.

• Work closely with management team to ensure quality customer service and supervise a team with diverse talents and responsibilities
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Ordering & stock management
• Passion for cocktails and developing drink offerings
• Strong decision‑making capabilities
• Drive the Six by Nico culture
• Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
• Key holder responsibilities
• Available to work evenings and weekends
