Estates Services Maintenance Crafts Person (Electrical/Multi Skilled)
Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Crafts Person (Electrical/Building) to work within our Estates Services team.
Responsibilities
As part of the Estates team you will work across sites the Trust manages throughout the region.
Work involves all types of building maintenance, including electrical and multi-skilled tasks.
Following induction, you will be required to participate in an on-call rota outside normal working hours, for which additional payments will be made.
Qualifications
- Minimum City & Guilds Level 2 in Electrical/Building maintenance (or equivalent)
- Group ‘A’ full current driving licence
- Experience in all types of building maintenance
- Proven knowledge of health and safety
- Good communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- CSCS card would be an advantage
Working Conditions
Working 37.5 hour week; a van is provided for use whilst on Trust business.
To protect the health and safety of staff, workers, patients and site visitors, the workforce is encouraged to be fully vaccinated against COVID.
