Electrical Engineering Technician

Winsford Monday-Friday | Rotating Shifts (1 week of nights in every 5)

c. £49,000+

A leading and long‑established manufacturer is looking to add an Electrical Engineering Technician to its skilled team. This is a secure, stable role within a business that continues to invest heavily in its people, processes, and technology.

Role Overview

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive work on heavy industrial machinery
  • Electrical breakdown response and repair
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding
  • Working safely and professionally at all times
  • Collaborating with a multi‑skilled engineering team
  • Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager
  • Maintenance on high‑voltage systems, PLCs, conveyors, and associated plant
  • Involvement in continuous improvement and reliability projects
  • Access to extensive internal and external training programmes

Skills & Experience

  • Time‑served Electrical Maintenance Engineer
  • Strong industrial engineering background
  • Confident electrical fault‑finding skills, including high‑voltage experience
  • Team‑focused, motivated, and proactive
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
