Trainee Children’s Residential Home Manager – LD
Location: Southampton
Job Type: Full-time, 9-5 Monday to Friday for the initial 12 months
Salary: £35,805 per annum basic salary
Note: This role is designed for individuals with Children’s Home experience and qualifications who are ambitious to move into a management role. You will be enrolled onto a 12-month programme and be part of the leadership team within Keys Group.

Responsibilities
- Develop leadership capabilities and contribute to the leadership team across LD Children’s Homes
- Participate in recruitment, retention, and development activities
- Collaborate with Managers to support high-quality, person-centred care
Requirements
- Passionate and motivated to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people
- 2 years’ experience in a Residential Children’s home (Senior or Deputy level) or experience in supporting people with learning disabilities
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People or health and social care
- Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
- Commitment to learning and development, ambition to lead
- A full UK driving licence
