HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driver

We are currently recruiting multiple HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driver to support our client’s Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain operation in Crawley and the surrounding areas.

Role Overview

The role involves the safe and efficient delivery of goods, ensuring all duties are carried out in line with company procedures and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled deliveries as required (multi-drop or set routes)
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
• Comply with all relevant driving legislation, including tachograph and working time rules
• Accurately complete delivery documentation
• Represent the company appropriately at delivery locations

Requirements for HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driver

• Valid UK Category C (Class 2) licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Good understanding of driver hours and road safety regulations
• Previous experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable and able to work independently
