Midday Supervisory Assistant

This role provides structured support to pupils during the lunchtime period, ensuring a safe, well‑organised and positive environment.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 12:00 – 2:00pm and Friday 11:30am – 1:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing the dining area
• Offering individual support in line with training and school procedures, and meeting pupils’ personal care needs
• Promoting appropriate social and learning opportunities and supporting purposeful play activities
• Maintaining a consistent and proactive approach to health and safety
• Flexibility to undertake additional reasonable duties as directed by the Headteacher

Qualifications

All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks. Online checks will be completed in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education.
