Support Worker / Supported Living / Training Provided

Full Training is offered, as well as great progression and career development into management opportunities.

You must have a driving license and own your own car.

Shift patterns are 7am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm, and some over nights which are 10 pm – 7am.

You do get your rota 4-6 weeks in advance, but you must be flexible to work across 7 days.

There is no visa sponsorship offered, so you will need full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assisting individuals with personal care, daily routines, and activities
• Supporting clients to access community resources and participate in social activities
• Developing and implementing personalised care plans in collaboration with the team and clients
• Encouraging independence whilst ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times
• Maintaining accurate records of support provided and any changes in client needs

Skills

• Experience working with children or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• Good communication skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and external professionals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a supportive environment
• Basic IT skills for record keeping and updating care plans
