Responsibilities
As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will:
- Provide practical assistance to clients by helping them perform daily tasks while enabling them to become independent.
- Offer emotional support to promote clients’ health and mental wellbeing.
- Attend to the small and personal details that truly matter in a client’s life.

Additional Information
Applicants will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check or an Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services. If you have lived or worked abroad, evidence of an overseas police check will also be required.
Starting salary will be pro‑rated if the position is part‑time or term‑time only.
