Job Description
We are looking to employ a resourceful, professional, organized and truly committed individual with a high degree of self‑motivation to give full support to our Operations, Sales and Admin Team. The role is challenging, varied and a great opportunity for the right person.
Duties
- Processing inbound telephone bookings via our bookings & despatch system.
- Processing overnight & International orders.
- Assisting in despatching jobs via computerised system to our fleet of Couriers, ensuring that the high quality of service is provided which will meet or exceed commitment to our clients at all times.
- Liaising with, and advising clients professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
- Very good working knowledge of London.
- Good customer service and communications skills.
- Excellent command of English ensuring that all calls are handled timely and efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Logistics/Courier experience preferred.
- Dedicated, hands‑on approach and total flexibility which is of the essence for this post.
Basic Salary £21.000-£23.000 according to the experience. Monday – Friday + OT.
