FLT Driver Days

Our client, an established company based in Corby, is looking for FLT Drivers to join their team. The successful candidate must hold valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences and will work within a small team supporting replenishment, loading/unloading, stock movement, and general warehouse operations. This is an ongoing role with the potential to lead to a permanent position.

Shifts and Pay

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts:
  • 06:00 – 14:00
  • 14:00 – 22:00
• Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Reach Truck and Counterbalance safely and efficiently.
• Maintain precise handling and movement of stock.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Replenishment of stock within the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Exhibit good organisational skills and the ability to work to targets.

Requirements

• Valid FLT Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences.
• Previous FLT and warehouse experience.
• Exceptional eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in stock handling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and willing attitude.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to undertake manual handling activities.
