Overview
To act in a supportive role to the nursing team to assist in the delivery of quality care to the patient in the renal haemodialysis care setting.
To maintain good relationships with patients, colleagues and visitors. To provide the highest standard of nursing care to all patients undergoing haemodialysis and thus contribute to the overall efficiency and development of the renal service.
Responsibilities
- As a Clinical Support Worker level 2 you will provide vital assistance to patients and support them with their physical and emotional care needs.
- You will also be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of patients.
- This is a responsible and rewarding role which has a direct impact on patients’ lives.
