This is a predominantly site-based role designed for those who have a passion for the outdoors and a desire to build a technical career in environmental services.

You will play a vital role in ensuring environmental safety and compliance by conducting routine checks, maintaining client infrastructure, and managing data with high levels of accuracy. Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine monitoring across Water, Construction, and Compliance sectors in accordance with company protocols and client specifications.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on environmental control systems and client infrastructure to ensure continuous operation.
  • Act as the face of Enitial in the field, building trust with clients on-site and maintaining a professional, reliable image at all times.
  • Responsible for the calibration and maintenance of company equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are kept in line with quality assurance requirements.
  • Accurately manage and report field data to Data Analysts. You will identify and report any deviations or non-conformances that could impact data quality.
  • Review your own schedules and work closely with the Scheduling team to identify ways to conduct field works more effectively.
  • Keep safety at the forefront of all field works, proactively reporting near misses or accidents and remaining compliant with the ‘Stay Safe’ remote working application.
  • Collaborate with your regional team to maintain morale and assist with the on-site training and onboarding of new employees.
  • Identify potential works on-site that could benefit the client and provide commercial opportunities for the business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A BSc or Higher Education certificate in a relevant environmental/academic field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • A genuine desire to work outdoors in all conditions and a proactive, hands-on approach to field work.
  • An effective communicator who can build relationships with clients and report technical issues clearly to the management team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage data accurately.
  • A full, clean British Driving License is essential for this regional role.
  • An excellent team player who is equally comfortable working alone and using their initiative to solve problems.
  • Desirable: Emergency First Aid certification, relevant industry cards (CSCS, MPQC), or membership in a professional industry body.
