Bar Back: Path to Bartender with In-House Training

Zebrano in Greater London is looking for a Bar Back who is eager to develop a career in the hospitality business. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, full of initiative, and a good team player. This position includes an in-house training program with 80% of our bar backs trained to become bartenders, providing a perfect opportunity to learn new skills.

Duties include stocking bars and fridges, adhering to Health & Safety requirements, and maintaining high standards during opening and closing procedures. Flexibility to work late hours is essential.
