What You’ll Do
As aLeisure Assistant, you will:
- Lifeguard ourindoor and/or outdoor swimming pool/flume (depending on qualifications)
- Lead & Monitor Activities, ensuring guests have a fantastic experience
- Facilitate a Variety of Leisure Activities, including sports, arts & crafts, outdoor adventure games, dance & fitness classes, and climbing wall sessions (depending on experience/qualifications)
- Provide Excellent Guest Service, assisting owners and visitors with any leisure-related needs
- Ensure a Safe & Clean Environment, following allHealth & Safety guidelines
- Assist with Opening & Closing of Leisure Facilities, maintaining a well‑organised space
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking anenthusiastic, team‑oriented individual who enjoys working in a fun, active environment. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Avalid NPLQ certificate (preferred but not essential)
- Afriendly and proactive approach to guest engagement
- Strongcommunication and teamwork skills
- A passion forsports, fitness, or leisure activities
- The ability towork well with others and independently follow safety protocols
- ANPLQ, Plantroom experience, and First Aid at Work qualifications would be of benefit
