The Role
Make a real difference in Liverpool. We’re looking for passionate and proactive Assessment and Prevention Officers to join our Housing Solutions Homelessness Team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out statutory homelessness assessments in line with the Housing Act 1996 and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, working directly with individuals and families at risk.
- Develop personalised housing plans and deliver tailored solutions that prevent or relieve homelessness.
- Collaborate with landlords, internal teams, and commissioned homelessness partners to secure sustainable housing outcomes.
- Safeguard vulnerable clients and ensure legal compliance.
