Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Used Car Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.
Our Sales Executives really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first‑class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships.
Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during this exciting experience of buying their car, so it’s crucial you get the service right the first time and every time.
About the role
Sytner Worcester have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from a customer‑service or sales background within the automotive sector.
As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a used car.
Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Please note that we require candidates to have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement for this role.
About You
You will have good interpersonal skills, take pride in engaging with customers face‑to‑face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.
